for the hot weather again.  It was too early for my garden to get frostbitten at night!

Tomato pie

I got this recipe a couple of summers ago from someone in my husband’s research group. It’s relatively easy, and it’s delicious!
Tomato Pie
4-8 ripe red tomatoes (depending on their sizes and how stuffed you want your pie)

Red pepper number one

Hurray for a lovely bright red pepper! I cut it Tuesday evening…
