This week, I am thankful for getting through the week whole. It’s been a crazy one with regards to the paper I’m revising for publication. I am thankful that some surprise issues have been working out okay, and that while there’s a *lot*more work to be done, I am confident that I can get this paper back to the referee in time to hopefully get it published before the end of the semester.
I am also thankful for a wonderfully sweet husband who surprised me with six red roses because he knew that I had had a long, hard day yesterday.
