I’ve been fascinated and thinking about this project ever since I first heard about it maybe a month ago or so. It’s been called Project 365 in the past, and it’s being called Project Life by some now. The idea is to take a photo and write a little bit of journaling every day for a whole year. I love this idea. 2010 is going to be a year full of adventure and changes for Husband and I as he finishes his PhD, we walk together at graduation, and we move on to another place and new job(s). I’m really excited to document it!
I’d seen the kits that were sold last year for Project 365 through (I think) Creating Keepsakes. They came with all the journaling cards, an album, and divided page protectors so you could just slip your photos and cards right inside as you went. I thought about putting together my own supplies, but it was looking a little bit overwhelming, especially because I wasn’t able to find the page protectors with the extra divisions for the journaling cards. I did find some fabulous journaling cards by My Mind’s Eye, and bought some at the last crop. Then I saw a kit go on sale today… It has everything all together, coordinated, and pretty. And it seemed like a reasonable price for all the stuff, all ready to go. So I bought one. Now I’m really committed!
I was lucky enough to get the Creating Keepsakes Project 365 Kit for 2009…& have LOVED the project! I have missed a few days, but overall the process has been so great! You will LOVE it! The Project Life kit is beautiful, huh?
