I made this layout about my birthday this year with some Jillibean Soup goodies I have on hand…
When I saw the sketch in a recent post on the Jillibean Soup blog, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to break out these papers and embellishments and play along.
I didn’t change much about the sketch, just the circle placements… I also hid my journaling behind the photo on a pull-out card. There wasn’t anything particularly private about the journaling, I just felt like it looked better with my layout! Plus, I couldn’t resist the little tab stickers!
I had fun adding more little details around the page… Machine stitching along the edge and a ribbon + twine border:
And I added some tiny embossed and die cut butterflies from my stash to finish everything off.
