This month’s stash challenge at Disney Creative Co is to use flowers! When I think of flowers, I think of Rapunzel (one of my top favorite princesses!!), so I decided to put together a layout to showcase these cute photos of my daughter wearing the Rapunzel dress I made for her to wear on our 2016 trip to Walt Disney World.

I used detail-cut flowers and a variety of paper flowers to create a diagonal cascade across this page; I was thinking of the flowers in Rapunzel’s braid as I arranged them. I added some light metallic gold stenciled stars underneath the floral clusters to hint at the floating lanterns.
The floral clusters were also the perfect place to hide…or display!…some Mickeys!

I had a wonderful time embellishing this page! I plan to have a coordinating pocket page facing this layout with some additional photos from the Tangled area, as well as more journaling. However, I didn’t want to leave this layout without any words.
As I looked through my stickers for title pieces, I realized this “dance it up!” sticker was just perfect. My daughter started dancing as we took these photos of her with the tower in the background! I slipped a little label under the title to hold my brief words.
